16.       Discussion and possible action to approve the Construction Contract between L.G. Construction Co., Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners for Oklahoma County Project No. SSV-2016-1, Construction Services for the Social Services Building Repair. The total amount of the contract shall not exceed $12,885.00. Requisition No. 11703581 has been issued to L.G. Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $12,885.00 from Capital Improvement-Regular Fund (20101200), contingent upon encumbrance of funds.
