Call meeting to order.

Notice of this meeting was properly posted on Friday,
September 8, 2017.
3. Discussion and
possible action to approve the minutes from the special meeting on August 3, 2017 and the regular
meeting on August 12, 2017.
4. Discussion and
possible action to receive an update on Employee Benefits.
5.
Discussion and possible action to place on the BET
Watch List funding for raises for the Purchasing Department employees in the
amount of $8,698.00. They have not
received a salary increase since 2012 and one of her employees is transferring
to another county department for a higher salary. This item requested by Jane Gaston,
Purchasing Director at the direction of Forrest Butch Freeman, County
Treasurer.

Discussion and possible action to recommend to the
Oklahoma County Budget Board to approve a transfer from General Fund Reserve
995 in the amount of $8,698.00 to the Oklahoma County Purchasing Department
account 240 in order to fund the costs associated with salary increases in the
salary and benefit accounts. This item
requested by Jane Gaston, Purchasing Director at the direction of Forrest
Butch Freeman, County Treasurer.

Discussion and possible action to place on the BET
Watch List funding in the amount of $40,000 for the 8th floor
demolition project in the Courthouse for the Chambers that Judge Ogden is
moving to (formerly, as of August 31st, Judge Dixon s chambers.) This item requested by Ray Vaughn,
Commissioner District 3.

Discussion and possible action to recommend to the
Oklahoma County Budget Board to approve a transfer from General Fund Reserve
995 in the amount of $40,000 for the 8th floor demolition project in
the Courthouse for the Chambers that Judge Ogden is moving to (formerly, as of

Discussion and possible action to recommend placing on
the BET Watch List funding in the amount of $803,376.00 for the Sheriff s
General Fund 500, for the amount that the BET recommended for the budget. This item is requested by P.D. Taylor, Undersheriff.
10. Discussion and
possible action regarding the Supplemental
Appropriation Amending the Oklahoma County General Fund Budget for fiscal year
2017-18, the total Budget Supplemental amount of $2,646,137.00. This item requested by Danny Lambert, Chief
Deputy and Finance Director for David B. Hooten, County Clerk.
11. Discussion and
possible action to make a recommendation to the Oklahoma County Budget Board
from the Budget Evaluation Team regarding the FY 17-18 Supplemental
Appropriation.
12. Discussion
and possible action regarding any item currently on the BET Watch List.
13. New business. In accordance with the open Meetings Act, Section, 311.9, New Business is defined, as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the Agenda
