1.               Call meeting to order.

 

2.               Notice of meeting was properly posted Thursday, August 24, 2017.

 

3.               Discussion and possible action on the minutes of the special meeting dated Monday, July 31, 2017.

 

4.               Discussion and possible action regarding the Temporary Appropriations for the Epic Charter School, General Fund in the amount of $10,000,000.00 for fiscal year 2017-18.

 

5.               Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 100-18: Inter-fund transfer of Oklahoma County General Fund Cash 1001 to Capital Improvement Regular 20101200 cash and appropriations in the amount of $410,000.00. This is a cash transfer that was included in the Annual Adopted Budget for fiscal year 2017-18 approved by the Budget Board and Excise Board in June, 2017.

 

6.               Discussion and possible action to approve a temporary transfer of money in the amount of $2,500,000.00 from the Treasurer's Resale Fund (1130) to the General Fund (1001).  This temporary transfer is allowed by 68 O.S., Section 3021.  This item is requested by Forrest "Butch" Freeman, County Treasurer.

 

7.               Citizen s participation.  Any citizen wishing to address the Oklahoma County Excise Board on an Agenda Item may do so at this time.

 

8.               Excise Board Comments/General Remarks.
