receiving documents, or receiving public comments) to, amend and/or approve Section
3.9 of the Oklahoma County Employee Handbook as amended by the Oklahoma
District Attorney s Office. Requested by the Oklahoma County Clerk s Office.

Discussion, review and possible action (action may
include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff,
receiving documents, or receiving public comments) to make recommendation to
the Oklahoma County Budget Board to change all non-exempt
law enforcement employees to hourly
from salary. Requested by the
Oklahoma County Clerk s Office.

Discussion, review and possible action (action may
include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff,
receiving documents, or receiving public comments) to approve the suggested changes made by the
Oklahoma County District Attorney s Office to the current draft of the Oklahoma
County Employee
Handbook.

Discussion, review and possible action (action may
include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff,
receiving documents, or receiving public comments) to review, edit, or change the current draft of
the Oklahoma County Employee Handbook and to create a new draft of the Oklahoma
County Employee Handbook.
7.
Discussion, review and possible action (action may
include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff,
receiving documents, or receiving public comments) to submit the final draft copy of the Oklahoma
County Employee Handbook to the Oklahoma County Budget Board for approval.
8.
New Business.
In accordance with the open Meetings Act, Section, 311.9, New Business
is defined, as any matter not known about or which could not have been
reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the Agenda
