a.       Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding Annex - Roof Replacement estimated at $250,000.

 

b.      Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding Annex - New Elevator estimated at $900,000.

 

c.       Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding Annex - New Front Entrance/Security estimated at $200,000.

 

d.      Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding Annex   Exterior Maintenance and Lighting estimated at $500,000.

 

e.       Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding Courthouse   9th Floor Demolition and Elevator estimated at $390,000.

 

f.       Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding Courthouse   9th Floor Re-purpose to Office estimated at $650,000.

 

g.      Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding Jail   Lower Roof estimated at $400,000.

 

 

 

5.      Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff, receiving documents, or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding remediation of the mold project at the Oklahoma County Jail.

 

6.      Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff, receiving documents, or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding the TIF 2 & TIF 8 Budget. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.

 

7.      Discussion, review, and possible action (action may include, but not be limited to providing additional instruction to staff, receiving documents, or making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding the on-going space utilization plan implementation for the Oklahoma County Annex.  Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer. 9.      Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed 8th floor demolition project in the Courthouse for the Chambers that Judge Ogden is moving in to (formerly, as of August 31st, Judge Dixon s chambers). Requested by Rick Buchanan Chief Deputy Oklahoma County District 3.
