from the Special meeting on 8-21-17.

defer, or strike) regarding update from staff on Capital Projects Specific to
TIF District #2 for Oklahoma County (document attached). Requested by Joe R.

making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding Annex -
Roof Replacement estimated at $250,000.

Discussion, review, and possible action (action may

making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners) regarding Annex -
New Elevator estimated at $900,000.

Discussion, review, and possible action (action may

New Front Entrance/Security estimated at $200,000.

Exterior Maintenance and Lighting estimated at $500,000.

Lower Roof estimated at $400,000.

Jail.

TIF 8 Budget.

proposed 8th floor demolition project in the Courthouse for the Chambers that
Judge Ogden is moving in to (formerly, as of August 31st, Judge Dixon s
