  1. Call meeting to order.

 

2.      Notice of this meeting was properly posted on Friday, May 6th, 2016.

 

3.      Approve the minutes of the regular meeting on Tuesday April 12th, 2016.

 

4.      Discussion and possible action to approve request to transfer funding for the Sealing of the exterior wall of the JJC Building, Tuck/Point brick and window sealing in the amount of $160,000 dollars from the General Fund Juvenile Capital to the Capital Improvement Regular Fund. Requested by James Saffle, Director Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau.

 

5.      Discussion and possible recommendation to the Budget Board to transfer $589,852, the increase in the FY15-16 Armor Medical Contract, from the General Fund Reserve to the Sheriff s General Fund Budget in Salaries and Benefits. At July 7, 2015 Budget Board, the Sheriff s Office transferred $7,865,000 from Salaries and Benefits to Maintenance & Operations to fully front fund Inmate Medical and Food Contracts. Requested by the Oklahoma County Sheriff s Office.

 

6.      Discussion and possible action to place on the BET watch list $980,531, the projected overage to the Inmate Medical Cap. Requested by the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office.

 

  1. Discussion and possible action to receive an update on Employee Benefits.

 

  1. Discussion regarding any item currently on the BET Watch List.

 

  1. Citizen participation: Any citizen wishing to address the Budget Evaluation Team may do so at this time.
