9.      Discussion and possible action to add to the BET Watch List $1,600,000 from General Fund Reserve to Oklahoma County Sheriff’s General fund for the remainder of Department of Corrections Contract revenue loss.

 

10.  Discussion and possible action to place on the BET Watch List $82,558.35 to the District Attorney’s Office to fully fund the actual cost of providing four (4) Assistant District Attorney positions together with three (3) support staff positions, one (1) Law Clerk, and one (1) document control clerk to render civil legal services to the officers and employee of Oklahoma County.

 

 

 

11.  Discussion and possible action to recommend to the Budget Board to transfer $82,558.35 from the General Fund Reserve to General Government for payment to the District Attorney’s Counsel for the benefit of the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office to fully fund the cost of providing four (4) Assistant District Attorney positions together with three (3) support staff positions, one (1) Law Clerk, and one (1) document control clerk to render legal services to the officers and employees of Oklahoma County.

 

12.  Discussion and possible action regarding the Supplemental Appropriation Amending the Oklahoma County General Fund Budget the fiscal year 2016-17.   Total Budget Supplemental in the amount of $1,645,285.  This item requested by Danny Lambert.

 

13.  Discussion and possible action to make a recommendation to the Oklahoma County Budget Board from the Oklahoma County Budget Evaluation Team regarding the FY16/17 Supplemental Appropriation.

 

14.  Discussion and possible action to place on the BET Watch List to transfer $354,585 from the General Fund Reserve to the Oklahoma County Court Clerk’s General Fund Budget for salaries and benefits.

 

15.  Discussion and possible recommendation to the Budget Board to transfer $354,585 from the General Fund Reserve to the Oklahoma County Court Clerk’s General Fund Budget for salaries and benefits.

 

16.  Discussion and possible action about process and procedures for FY 17-18 budget reviews and recommendations.
