10.         Discussion and possible action for the approval of the Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Choctaw, Choctaw-Nicoma Park Schools, and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 1903B,  Title 19, O.S. § 339-16 and  Title 19, O.S. § 359 to widen NE 10th Street near Choctaw-Nicoma Park High School.  The total project cost is Forty-Six Thousand Four Dollars and Eighty-one cents ($46,004.81).  Choctaw-Nicoma Park Schools will reimburse Oklahoma County for the total cost of materials for the project, up to Twenty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($27,286.15).  This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by all parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2010.  Requested by Willa Johnson, Commissioner, District No. 1, and approved as to form and legality by John Jacobsen, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

13.       Discussion and possible action for approval of Mutual Assistance Agreement between the City of Midwest City and Oklahoma County to provide fire, rescue, and/or hazardous materials assistance as authorized by 74 O.S. § 1008 and 11 O.S. § 29-105.
