12.       Discussion and possible action to renew a Mutual Cooperation Agreement between Jones Public Schools and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 19 O.S.   339(16) and Title 19 O.S.   359; providing for compacting and patching at two parking lots on Jones Public School Campus.  County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty-Two Dollars and Thirty-Two Cents ($13,782.32) for labor and equipment and to reimburse Highway Cash in said cost from District One General Fund.   School agrees to reimburse County an amount not to exceed Twelve Thousand Four Hundred and Six Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($12,406.25) for materials, labor, and equipment.  This agreement shall be effective upon adoption and shall terminate on June 30, 2013.   Requested by Willa Johnson, County Commissioner, District No. 1, and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney.   (Document Received)

13.       Discussion and possible action to approve Agreement between Board of County Commissioners and Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center to improve and repair a driveway.   Labor, equipment, and materials will be provided by Oklahoma County, and Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center will reimburse the county $2,540.47. 20.       Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. __________ to amend the Oklahoma County Subdivision Regulations by adding Appendix  F  (Oklahoma County Residential Traffic Control Management Program).  The Oklahoma County Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 11, 2012, and recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the amendment to the Subdivision Regulations for Oklahoma County unincorporated areas.   Requested by Tyler Gammon, Planning Director, and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

 

Sheriff

 

21.       Discussion and possible action to approve the Expedited Jail Booking Agreement between the City of Oklahoma City and the Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of the Sheriff of Oklahoma County.  The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a new booking process to authorize Oklahoma County Sheriff personnel to assume custody of OCPD arrestees upon completion of the arrest paperwork and quick medical screen.  The City agrees to pay the County Sheriff a rate of $6.54 per OCPD arrestee with a total cost not to exceed $25,000.00.  The Jail Booking Agreement shall commence at 12:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of January, 2013, and shall end at 11:59 p.m. on the 2nd day of March, 2013.  Requested by John Whetsel, Oklahoma County Sheriff, and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)
