11.       Discussion and possible action to approve an amended agreement with Richard N. Mann for legal representation for Sheriff John Whetsel, in his individual and official capacity, in the defense of the lawsuit McKinney vs. Whetsel and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, et al, Case Number CJ-2007-586.   The parties agree to increase the amount of the original agreement from Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) to Thirty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($30,000.00).  Requisition No. 11304493 in the amount of $10,000.00 has been issued to Richard N. Mann PC from General Fund/General Government/Professional Services-Legal (1001/1100/54451), contingent upon encumbrance of funds.   Requested by John Whetsel, Oklahoma County Sheriff and has been approved as to form and legality by Sandra Howell-Elliott, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)
