11. Discussion and possible action to approve the extension of the Expedited Jail Booking Agreement between the City of Oklahoma City and the Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of the Sheriff of Oklahoma County, initially approved on October 31, 2012. The purpose of this Agreement is to extend the expedited booking process to authorize Oklahoma County Sheriff personnel to assume custody of OCPD arrestees upon completion of the arrest paperwork and quick medical screen. The City agrees to pay the County Sheriff a rate of $6.54 per OCPD arrestee with a total cost not to exceed $50,000.00. The Jail Booking Agreement shall be extended until the end of the current fiscal year which ends, June 30, 2013.
