The portions of the section lines are situated within Will Rogers World Airport
and are blocked by impossible barriers making through access impossible.
MacArthur Blvd. has been re-aligned making a substitute road for travel.

Discussion and possible action to approve the Architectural Agreement between Guernsey and the Board of County Commissioners for Oklahoma County Project No. ADC-2013-1, to provide Architectural and Design Services for the Adult Detention Center Sewer.
