10.       Discussion and possible action to approve the Right-of-Way, Public Utility and Encroachment Agreement and Resolution No. ___________ between the Department of Transportation and Board of County Commissioners for the following described:

 

            The County proposes construction of bridge on Memorial Road over Smith Creek, Approx. 0.5 mil west of Peeply Road according to plans designated as STP-155C(749), Job No. 26984(04) Const., (03) Util., (02) R/W.  Requested by Brian Maughan, County Commissioner, District No. 2, and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

 

11.       Discussion and possible action to authorize the Chairman to sign a Release of Easement.   The Easement was originally granted to the Board of County Commissioners by Henry Hooks & Geneva Hooks for highway purposes on January 15, 1929, for the below described real property:
A tract of land lying in the NE Quarter of Section 14, Township 11 North, Range 1 East, of I.M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point 33 feet south and 33 feet west of the northeast corner of said Section 14; thence West along a line 33 feet from and parallel with the North line of said Section 14 to the West line of the northeast quarter of the said Section 14; thence South 7.4 feet, thence easterly to a point 200 feet West and 42.61 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section 14; thence to the right along a 167 feet radius curve to a point 33 feet West and 210 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section 14; thence North 177 feet to the point of beginning, said tract contains .66 acres.
The easement has never been used for its granted purpose and the original grant contains a reversionary clause. Requested by Brian Maughan, County Commissioner, District No. 2, and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney. (Document Received)

 

12.       Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. _________ placing portions of MacArthur Blvd. between SW 59th Street and SW 54th Street, and from SW 54th Street to the New MacArthur Blvd., and portions of SW 59th Street between MacArthur Blvd and Regina Avenue on  Reserved Section Line Status  according to the provisions of Title 69, Section 1201 of the Oklahoma State Statutes.  This request is made by the City of Oklahoma City.  The portions of the section lines are situated within Will Rogers World Airport and are blocked by impossible barriers making through access impossible.  MacArthur Blvd. has been re-aligned making a substitute road for travel.  Requested by Brian Maughan, County Commissioner, District No. 2, and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

13.       Discussion and possible action to receive the Oklahoma County Single Audit Report for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2012.  Requested by Carolynn Caudill, County Clerk.  (Document Received)

 

Engineering

 

14.       Discussion and possible action to approve the Architectural Agreement between Guernsey and the Board of County Commissioners for Oklahoma County Project No. ADC-2013-1, to provide Architectural and Design Services for the Adult Detention Center Sewer.  The total amount of the contract shall not exceed $118,667.00.  Funding Source to be determined at the Budget Board Meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 18, 2013, due to pending funds.  Requested by Stacey Trumbo, P.E., County Engineer, and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney.   (Document Received)

15.       Discussion and possible action to approve the OneNet Contract for countywide internet.  Requisition No. 11306085 in the amount of $27,600.00 has been issued to Oracle from General Fund/MIS/Subscriptions (1001/2700/54030), contingent upon encumbrance of funds.   Requested by Mike Harman, Director, MIS, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.   (Document Received)
