13.       Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. _________ a Resolution of Necessity to negotiate with the owners of property located in Section 17, Township 13N, Range 1E of the Indian Meridian for fee simple title. If fee simple title is not secured, this resolution authorizes the District Attorney to institute condemnation proceedings under the power of eminent domain. This item is essential for Oklahoma County Project 1-2005-D-BR, Bridge on Memorial Rd. 0.5 miles east of Triple X Rd. The property (Parcel 1, 1.1) is located as follows:
