17.       Discussion and possible action to approve Memorandum of Agreement between Oklahoma County, the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust, and the City of Oklahoma City to rehabilitate the collapsed sewer lines serving the Oklahoma County Adult Detention Center regarding Oklahoma County Project ADC-2013-1 Adult Detention Sewer Repair and Design. Sheriff

 

19.       Discussion and possible action to approve Memorandum of Understanding between the Oklahoma City Zoo, and the Oklahoma County Sheriff.  The Sheriff s Department will provide two full time uniformed deputies, 40 hours per week. Reserve deputies will be utilized when full-time deputies are not available.  The Zoo will provide office space for the substation to be located at the front entry plaza south of guests relations, appropriate signage for the substation, local phone service and internet access.  This Memorandum of Understanding shall begin on July 1, 2013, and end on June 30, 2014.  Requested by John Whetsel, Oklahoma County Sheriff, and approved as to form and legality by Sandra Howell-Elliott, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

 

20.       Discussion and possible action to approve Jail Services Agreement between the City of Spencer and Oklahoma County, for the boarding of municipal prisoners.  The City of Spencer agrees to pay the County a rate of $46.25 per prisoner per day.  This agreement shall begin on July 1, 2013, and end on June 30, 2014.   Requested by John Whetsel, County Sheriff, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

 

21.       Discussion and possible action to approve an application for funding by and between the State of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Sheriff s Office.  The contract is for the term of one year and is to provide for the client transportation and other Emergency Law Enforcement Response as directed by the Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center.  The term of the contract is July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, and will pay Oklahoma County Sheriff s Office $90,000.00 for services rendered by contract.   Requested by John Whetsel, Oklahoma County Sheriff, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)
