right bank of the North Canadian River, said lot being in the West Half (W/2)

and being known as the Pottawatomie Indian Reserve and being more particularly

The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to make this determination pursuant to 19 O.S. 360. 14. Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreement No. 553004 between ODOT and Oklahoma County for a 2013 John Deere 333E Track Loader. District No. 3 will submit monthly payments to ODOT of $1,172.40. This Lease Agreement will begin July 1, 2013 and end June 30, 2014, and will be eligible for renewal for the following Fiscal Year. Requisition No. 11401612 has been issued to Oklahoma Department of Transportation in the amount of $10,551.60 from Highway Cash/ District No. 3 (1110/9300/55130), contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Community Sentencing
15. Discussion and possible action to approve addendum to 2014 contract between the Oklahoma County Department of Corrections (DOC), and the Board of Oklahoma County Commissioners, on behalf of Community Sentencing which would allow Community Sentencing to establish a Cognitive Behavioral Skills program for designated offenders under the supervision of Community Sentencing as a billable service to the DOC for which Community Sentencing will receive payment of $10.00 per hour per offender from the Department of Corrections. This addendum was approved for recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners by the Oklahoma County Community Sentencing, Planning Council, on August 8, 2013.
