18.       Discussion and possible action to approve agreement between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Dr. Gregory A. Parks, Ph.D., who shall provide psychological evaluations on clients coming to the attention of the County. This contract agreement shall be effective July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016. 20.       Discussion and possible action to receive a letter from the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office where the Oklahoma County Sheriff s Office was selected as an award recipient of the Chiefs Challenge sponsored by the Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police. There was an equipment award in the amount of $2,725.08. Oklahoma Highway Safety Office made the purchase of the equipment and the equipment a LIDAR (radar) has been added to the Oklahoma County Sheriff s Office inventory system as required. 21.       Discussion and possible action to approve Contract for Services between the Board of Oklahoma County Commissioners, on behalf of Oklahoma County Social Services and RPHS, Inc., to provide relief pharmacist services for the Oklahoma County Pharmacy. Modification increases  not to exceed  amount of contract from $5,000.00 to $8,248.00.
