14.       Discussion and possible action to approve General Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners, and Oklahoma City Community College of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to assist OCCC as may be requested to construct, improve, repair, and maintain any of the property owned or controlled by the College. This agreement will begin July 1, 2015, and will end June 30, 2016. 15.       Discussion and possible action to approve General Mutual Cooperative Agreement between Oklahoma State University, and the Board of County Commissioners.  The school wishes to call upon the County from time to time to use the County s equipment, labor and supplies to assist the school with parking areas, playgrounds, athletic fields, access roads, drainage areas, and other areas on property that is owned by the school. 16.       Discussion and possible action to approve a contract between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners and the OKC/County Health Dept. This contract would allow the OKC/County Health Department to provide $25,000.00 to the Oklahoma County Shine Program, specifically for the harvesting of eastern red cedars. 17.       Discussion and possible action to approve Agreement for Disaster Recovery and Web Hosting. Requisition No. 11600627 has been issued to Granicus, Inc. in the amount of $102,612.00 from the County Clerk's UCC Central Filing Fund/County Clerk/ Equipment-Vendors Maintenance (1151/1700/54157), contingent upon encumbrance of funds. 18.       Discussion and possible action to approve AiLIS System Maintenance Agreement for ROD/UCC system. Requisition No. 11600768 has been issued to Granicus, Inc. in the amount of $119,819.00 from the County Clerk's UCC Central Filing Fund/County Clerk/ Equipment-Vendors Maintenance (1151/1700/54157), contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Juvenile Bureau

 

19.       Discussion and possible action to approve the Contract between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau (OCJB) and Consultant Contractor Jody Yowell who shall prepare a team of probation officers to conduct on-going training/workshops in the utilization of Motivational Interviewing Techniques to obtain information from youth and their families which provides the foundation for assessing community risk and assignment of appropriate programs. This Contractual Agreement shall become effective October 1, 2015 or the first business day after BOCC approval, whichever comes first, through January 2016. 20.       Discussion and possible action to approve the Contract between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau (OCJB) and Consultant Contractor Sarah C. Porter, who shall develop a graduated sanctions and incentive process for adjudicated youth in Oklahoma County under the supervision of the OCJB to reduce the frequency of use of secure detention and to improve youth outcomes. This Contractual Agreement shall become effective October 1, 2015 or the first business day after BOCC approval, whichever comes first, through November 2015. 21.       Discussion and possible action to approve Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between the Board of Oklahoma County Commissioners, on behalf of the Department of Oklahoma County Social Services  and Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority, to provide public transportation services for Route 19. Amount payable under this contract is not to exceed $92,610.00.
