1.                  Call meeting to order.

 

2.                  Notice of the meeting was properly posted Tuesday, June 26, 2012.

 

3.                  Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 329-12: Transfer of General Fund appropriations for Treasurer 1500 in the amount of $4,000.00 from Operation to Benefits.  Transfer is necessary to cover shortage in benefits for June. (Document Received.)

 

4.                  Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 330-12: Transfer of General Fund appropriations for MIS 2700 in the amount of $6,500.00 from Benefits, Travel and Capital to Operation.  Transfer is necessary to cover the support cost from AST. (Document Received.)

 

5.                  Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 331-12: Transfer of General Fund appropriations for Juvenile 5200 in the amount of $10,000.00 from Salary to Operation.  Transfer is necessary in order to align funds necessary in the Operation account to help defray shortage. (Document Received.)

 

6.                  Discussion and possible action for approval of the Consulting Services Agreement and Exhibit A, for the completion of the GASB 45 actuarial disclosures of the retiree benefits provided by Oklahoma County, between CapRisk Consulting Group and Oklahoma County.  This agreement shall commence on July 1, 2012 and terminate on June 30, 2013.  Requisition No. 11208193 has been issued to CapRisk Consulting Group in the amount of $1,000.00 from Employee Benefits Fund 4010 contingent upon encumbrance of funds.  This item is requested by Carolynn Caudill and Secretary to the Budget Board of Oklahoma County and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
