1. Call meeting to order.
2. Notice of the meeting was properly posted Thursday, November 8, 2012.
3. Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 174-13: Transfer of General Fund appropriations for Juvenile Justice Bureau 5200 in the amount of $30,000.00 from Operation to Capital. Transfer is necessary to purchase 6 Heat Exchanges to replace the current ones that are rusted out.
