3. Discussion and possible action on the minutes for the regular meeting dated Thursday, September 19, 2013. (Documents Received)
4. Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 155-14: Supplemental Appropriation (Budget Amendment) for the General Fund in the amount of $2,901,374. This includes a reduction in appropriations from the General Government in total amount of (-$1,357,504) and the Engineer department in the amount of ($17,765); with additional funding going to County Audit 1900 in the amount of $12,956; Board of County Commissioner’s departments in the amount of $75,025 and the balance of $4,123,662 into the General Fund Reserve 9995 as approved by the Budget Board on September 19, 2013. Discussion and possible action regarding Oklahoma County Estimate of Needs for fiscal year 2013-14 and Financial Statements ending June 30, 2013, which includes amending the Budget for General Fund for total appropriations of $81,125,357.41, which includes transfers out to Employee Benefits Fund, Worker’s Compensation Fund, and Self Insurance Fund for a total of $4,600,000.00. This will be a 10.35 mill levy for the General Fund. The Estimate of Needs also includes an appropriation of $10,002,015.16 for the County Sinking Fund, which is a 1.59 mill levy. Discussion and possible action on Resolution
BB 156-14: Transfer of General Fund appropriations for Court Clerk 1600 in
the amount of $10,000.00 from Salary to Capital. Transfer is necessary to purchase
capital equipment for the Cashier’s Cage. (Document Received.)

and possible action on Resolution BB 157-14: Transfer of General Fund appropriations for
District Attorney-State 2100 in the amount of $2,445.00. Transfer is necessary
to pay copier lease from Capital. (Document Received.)

Discussion
and possible action on Resolution BB 158-14: Transfer of appropriations for Emergency
Management 1251-5500 in the amount of $6,000 from Capital to Operation. Transfer is necessary to purchase Services
Agreement for Emergency Notification System. (Document Received.)
