AGENDA

 

1.                  Call meeting to order.

 

2.                  Notice of the meeting was properly posted Monday, February 3, 2014.

3.                  Discussion and possible action to create a new line item in Capital Improvement-Regular Fund 2010 for the Spencer Training Center project in the amount of $100,000.00.   $41,724 was received in December from the insurance company for this project.  Transfer $51,749 from unallocated, $5,000 from the completed JJC Chiller Project and $1,527 from the Sallyport Repairs Project all within Fund 2010.  Additional Insurance money as well as FEMA money will be received upon completion of the project.  This item is requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner Dist. 2 and Chairman of the Budget Board. 4.                  Board Comments/ Comments from the Elected Officials.

 

5.                  Citizens’ participation.  Any citizen wishing to address the Oklahoma County Budget Board on an Agenda Item may do so at this time.
