3. Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 34-15: Carry-over appropriations for Juvenile Probation Fund 1231 in the amount of $157,211.58. To carry forward funds from fiscal year 2013-14 to the current fiscal year 2014-15. (Document Received)

4. Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the following:

A. Pursuant to Title 19, Section 307 (B)(7) to engage in discussions on matters related to Maxwell Baker, where public disclosure of the information discussed would violate confidentiality requirements of state and federal law.

5. Action regarding the confidential communications engaged in by the Board on matters related to Maxwell Baker.

6. Board Comments/ Comments from the Elected Officials.
