1. Call meeting to order.

2. Notice of the meeting was properly posted Wednesday, September 24, 2014.

3. Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 162-15: Supplemental Appropriation (Budget Amendment) for the General Fund in the amount of $3,160,929. This includes a reduction in appropriations from the General Government in the total amount of (-$1,000,000) with additional funding going to County Audit 1900 in the amount of $22,277; Election Board in the amount of $120,230; Capital Improvement-Regular 2010 in the amount of $3,748 under the Line Item Elevator platform and the remaining balance of $3,396,674 going to General Fund Reserve 9995 as approved by the Budget Board on September 18, 2014. 4. Discussion and possible action regarding Oklahoma County Estimate of Needs for fiscal year 2014-15 and Financial Statements ending June 30, 2014, which includes amending the Budget for General Fund for total appropriations of $83,187,226.28, which includes transfers out to Employee Benefits Fund, Worker’s Compensation Fund, and Self Insurance Fund and Capital Improvement Regular Fund for a total of $4,912,950.00. This will be a 10.35 mill levy for the General Fund. The Estimate of Needs also includes an appropriation of $8,187,328.98 for the County Sinking Fund, which is a 1.30 mill levy. 5. Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 163-15: Transfer of appropriations for Sheriff’s Grant Fund 1162 in the amount of $54,742.04 from cost center 5608 to 5618 in order to establish Traffic Safety 2015 Grant. (Document Received.)

6. Discussion and possible action to create, define and establish the mission of the Budget Evaluation Team (BET), a subcommittee of the Oklahoma County Budget Board. This item requested by John Whetsel, County Sheriff and member of the Board.
