Description
This position is slated for a 30 – 90 day temporary assignment and will be responsible for performing a variety of customer service/clerical duties in support of the Court Clerk’s operations including filing, counter customer support, and other general office job functions. This position is required to float throughout the related departments and will be cross-trained as needed. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: •Must maintain regular, on-time attendance at work and have ability to be present at designated work as scheduled • Communicate effectively with the customers and coworkers •File and retrieve current and recent documents relevant to job duties •Pick up, sort, process and deliver mail and/or supplies as needed •Verify documents for correct information and produce digital copies of documents for retention purposes •Other duties as assigned.
Experience
Possess 1 year experience in a general clerical or customer service capacity; or equivalent combination of education and training. Previous training of a general office is helpful. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively. Should have typing, data entry and computer skills. Bilingual language skills a plus.
